A hazardous materials team and firefighters arrived at Donald Trump Jr.'s home in Jupiter, Florida, after the former president's son received a letter containing white powder and a written death threat.
“It's become fairly common for this kind of thing to happen,” Donald Trump Jr. told The Daily Caller. “Clearly, if this happened to a prominent Democrat, it would not be tolerated and would generate weeks of news coverage. The media will blame all Republicans and force them to answer for this, but since it's me, the extreme haters on the left will pretty much get a free pass and the media will hardly back down.
It is not clear what white matter is.
A Trump spokesman said: “Test results for the substance were inconclusive about exactly what it was, but officials at the site do not believe it is lethal.”
The Daily Beast was the first to report on the white powder that was mailed to Don Jr.'s home
