Visit the Manning Entertainment Center to watch Circa Cairns' innovative production of The Wet.
At 7:30pm on Friday, March 8, a First Nations-led contemporary circus troupe will wow the audience, drawing on ancient stories in a dynamic acrobatic show.
Created by Harley Mann (Wakka Wakka) in Far North Queensland, The Wet is inspired by the landscape and endless threads with community.
Circa Cairns, based in regional Queensland, performs the culture-packed show 'The Wet'. From the moment the green ants begin their journey to higher ground until the final crash of the storm, The Wet connects you to the countryside and immerses you in the hot, humid tropics.
While the band is in town, on March 7 they will conduct a skills workshop with local Indigenous students at Taree High School. The workshop is sponsored by the Manning Leisure Center as a public program of Central Coast Council's cultural services
