Joe Biden traveled to New York on Monday to participate in a campaign event.

Biden attacked Trump when asked about his visit to the southern border.
Both Biden and Trump will visit the southern border on Thursday. This is Biden's second visit (souvenir photo) to the border in his entire life. He is only visiting the border because his poll numbers are down.
“I was planning to go on Thursday. What I didn’t know was that my dear friend was apparently going to be gone,” Biden said of Trump.

Biden refused to tell reporters what he would do during his visit to the border.
“The Secret Service doesn't like it when I announce exactly what I'm doing,” Biden said.
