Actor Gerard Depardieu is facing a new sexual assault complaint, with a movie set designer alleging he harassed her during filming in 2021.
In her complaint submitted to the Paris Public Prosecutor's Office, the 53-year-old accuses the woman French Her lawyer, Karen Doriot DeBolt, said she was the star of sexual assaults, sexual harassment and sexual insults.
The complainant claims the 75-year-old grabbed her and kneaded her waist, stomach and breasts during the filming of Les Volets Verts.

Two of Depardieu's lawyers did not immediately respond to email requests for comment, and their offices said they were not available to speak by phone.
Set in the 1970s, the film, which translates as The Green Shutters, is about an actor at the height of his fame who discovers that he may soon die.
Depardieu was initially charged with rape and sexual assault in 2020 following allegations from actress Charlotte Arnold. Ms. Durrieu Diebolt is also representing Arnold in this case.
Last year, a French website published allegations from 13 other women who worked with Depardieu, who said they were subjected to harassment and inappropriate gestures.

Depardieu previously denied all the accusations against him through a lawyer.
Depardieu is among France's most famous stars, best known for films such as Cyrano de Bergerac and Jean de Florette – as well as the successful Hollywood films The Green Card and The Man in the Iron Mask.
He has appeared in 200 films over six decades and is among the few French actors to have made a name for themselves in Hollywood.
