Former President Donald Trump crushed Nikki Haley in the informal poll conducted by the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Saturday.
Trump destroyed Haley by a whopping 94% to her 5%.
The poll ended on the same day that Trump easily defeated Haley in the primary election in her home state of South Carolina.
CPAC also polled attendees about their picks for vice president — of which South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem and businessman Vivek Ramaswamy tied.
News reports only:
Trump now stands as the all-time leader in the CPAC poll with seven wins, followed by Utah Sen. Mitt Romney with four wins, and Ronald Reagan, Jack Kemp and Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul with three wins each.
The Conservative Political Action Conference conducts an informal poll annually to get an idea of who the Republican base wants for its next president.
Trump is the front-runner for the Republican nomination by a ridiculous margin — but Haley has vowed not to drop out of the race before Super Tuesday.
