Visionary CEO Diankha Linear brings her experience in disrupting the market to the Board of Directors
Denver, February 22, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Lumen Technologies (NYSE: LUMN) today announced the appointment of Dianka Linear to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Linear is an experienced executive and operator with more than 20 years of leading experience in the technology, logistics and highly regulated retail industries. In her current role as President and CEO of Community, Inc., she is transforming how brands engage with their customers through an engagement platform that connects businesses, brands and public figures to their audiences at scale.

Linear's leadership and strategic capabilities were initially shaped by 16 years of military service in the U.S. Army Reserve (Airborne), including as a logistics officer and general counsel.

Prior to leading Community, Inc., Linear served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Convoy, Inc. Prior to Convoy, she spent nearly a decade in leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies Nordstrom and Expeditors International of Washington. Ms. Linear is a graduate University of Washington And the University of Pennsylvania Law school.
She serves on the Board of Directors of Community, Inc., the Board of Trustees of Swedish Health Systems, and the Board of Directors of the non-profit college access and leadership development program Rainier Scholars.
With this appointment, the number of members of the company’s board of directors increases from 11 to 12.
