Police say they are no longer searching for any missing people, after up to 15 people were described as missing following the devastating fire.
The authorities began investigating the cause of the fire, which spread to a nearby building, where strong winds ignited the flames.
There are fears that the highly flammable cladding on the facade of the building may have helped spread the fire.
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez visited the site and promised to provide any support required.
