Jasper is a 15-year-old chow mix who lives in Parkersburg, West Virginia. “I adopted from our local shelter over 14 years ago. He has always been a gentle soul, roaming around as a neighborhood pet. His bear cub likeness and gentle behavior make him irresistible.
