New York's authoritarian left-wing prosecutor, Letitia James, has revealed that she is prepared to seize (steal) President Trump's assets if he cannot pay the outrageous court fine as aggrieved Judge Arthur Engoron ordered.
“If he does not have the funds to pay the judgment, we will seek mechanisms to enforce the judgment in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told ABC News.
As Gateway Pundit reported, Engoron fined Trump $355 million and banned him from doing business in New York City for the next three years. Engoron alleged that Trump “engaged in aiding and abetting the conspiracy to commit insurance fraud through his individual actions in falsifying business records and appraisals, causing materially fraudulent SFCs to be knowingly submitted to insurance companies.”
But this is just rubbish. As Jim Hooft noted, the banks did their due diligence before lending Trump money and testified they would gladly do so again.
Trump vowed to appeal the charges and accused Engoron of conspiring with James.
James went on to tell the network that she was “very confident” in the strength of her case on appeal and that she would willingly seize at least one of Trump's buildings, specifically the listing for Trump's 40th skyscraper on Wall Street.
“We're ready to make sure New Yorkers pay judgment, and yes, I'll get 40 Wall Street every day,” James bragged.
The attorney general also criticized Trump's credible claims that companies would flee the Big Apple after Engoron's ruling. As Gateway Pundit readers know, private equity managers are already looking for new business opportunities, and truck drivers have launched a boycott.
“Last time I checked, tourism was on the rise. Wall Street is doing just fine,” James claimed.
James then ended the interview by making a ridiculous feminist statement in response to other witch hunts that Trump is fighting, including the E. Jean Carroll libel case and the so-called “election interference” case in Georgia brought by the corrupt Fulton County district attorney. Fanny Willis.
“Someone once told me if you want something done, give it to a woman,” she exclaims.
