The Bulldogs are set to unleash another of their big weapons on Friday night against the Sharks as Viliame Kikau makes his pre-season debut.

Center Steve Crichton could also feature against Cronulla, although the Bulldogs will not be taking any chances with their prized recruit as they look to ensure he is fit for their Round 1 clash against Parramatta in Round 1.

Drew Hutchison is likely to start at full-back for the second week in a row in a nod towards Round 1 while Bronson Xerri is just 80 minutes away from forcing his way into the 'Dogs' Round 1 side.

Xerri, who was out for four years due to a drug ban, was an outside player to play in Round 1 when pre-season began, but forced his way into the conversation after impressing in the pre-season opener against Melbourne.

Meanwhile, former Bulldog Raymond Vittala-Mariner will make his debut for St George Illawarra against the Tigers at Mudgee on Saturday.

However, fellow new recruit Hammy Cele is expected to skip the game as he recovers from a minor injury. Seeley has no doubt in the first round.
