No Windows – Edinburgh duo Morgan Morris and Verity Slangen – have released a new single called 'Fibbs'. It's taken from their upcoming EP Point NemoWhich was led by “Song 01”. Check it out below.
“Fibbs is my favorite song on the EP, I wrote it at a time when I was very emotionally charged, and I decided to create a new habit of writing in this state,” Slangen said in a statement. “It was originally written by me just playing very simple chords on the guitar and singing and then sending it to Morgan. The song ties in well with the rest of the EP as it was written in October, at a time when the relationships in my life were becoming more strained. I wanted to depict the episodes of destruction A self that is very easy to get into, and I was able to break one by writing the guitar melody and lyrics.”
the Point Nemo The EP is scheduled to be released on May 3 via Fat Possum. Next week, No Windows will be out on tour with Lime Garden.
