John Oliver, HBO's version of Stephen Colbert, recently performed a “comedic” skit in which he offered to bribe Justice Clarence Thomas to leave the US Supreme Court.
The Left has undertaken a months-long effort to delegitimize the Supreme Court simply because they do not control it.
Trump's appointments have turned the court into a conservative bench for a generation, and that's driving the left positively crazy.
Hill reports:
John Oliver offers Clarence Thomas $1 million a year to resign from the Supreme Court
Comedian and “Last Week Tonight” host John Oliver urges Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to resign, offering him $1 million a year to do so.
Oliver blasted the conservative justice during his weekly show's 11th season premiere on Sunday, saying Thomas has made Americans' lives “clearly worse” and promising him a brand-new luxury recreational vehicle if he agrees to step down from the Supreme Court.
“A lot is on your plate right now. From stripping women's rights to hearing the January 6 cases, you certainly shouldn't hear two that will likely help undo decades of federal regulations,” he said.
“So here's the offer. A million dollars a year, Clarence. And a new apartment on wheels. And all you have to do in return is sign the contract and get the Supreme Court to approve it,” Oliver added. “Talk about it with your best friend ever in the whole world. Because the clock starts now. Thirty days, Clarence… let's do this!'

Maybe he should be prosecuted for trying to bribe a judge.
Bribing a federal judge should result in John Oliver being fined up to three times the amount of the bribe, and imprisonment for up to 15 years in a federal penitentiary. @ComfortableSmug https://t.co/Z25FnQ3ZUp

SHOCK: John Oliver, in offering a payment to a sitting judge, committed numerous felonies and violated 18 USC § 201, 1503, 371, and 1512. And someone has to accuse him.

With the exception of Greg Gutfeld, all of the “Late Night” hosts are exactly the same. it's so boring.
