Claim: Video shows weather presenter saying global warming is a 'scam'

Video subtitles are inaccurate. The broadcaster in the video does not claim that global warming is a scam, nor does he mention the World Economic Forum, Bitcoin, COVID-19, inflation, or any specific person.
The video shows the weather report, the translation is wrong
The video features N Más weather presenter Susi Almeida.
According to a USA TODAY translation, it says:
“Weather conditions… We see in the satellite image continued heavy rain falling over most parts of the country in the west and center-east and across the country due to the low pressure channel extending from the north to the center and both humidity… causing weather conditions in the coming days. What Today we have here in Guadalajara? Temperature 25 degrees (Celsius), but rising to 30. Really hot although there is a mostly cloudy part. We have these conditions in most parts of the state.. Colotlán, highlands.. Moderate rain, degrees Strong temperature ranging from 27 to 29 degrees.
USA TODAY could not confirm the air date, but Almeida's outfit in the social media post matches those in the link N Más Guadalajara posted on Facebook on July 12.
The post was captioned in Spanish, “Susie Almeida provides weather forecast for today, July 12, 2023,” according to Facebook's translation feature.

The Earth's temperature has risen by approximately 2 degrees since the late 1880s
NASA reports that average global temperatures have risen by nearly 2 degrees since the late 19th century, and other independent climate agencies have reported similar findings.
Researchers have observed the effects of this warming, including global sea level rise, as well as the melting of polar ice and glaciers. Global warming is caused by increased greenhouse gas emissions from human activity, according to NASA.
