New video from the Kansas City shooting appears to show the exact moments before the shooting began — and as cops point out, there are teens in the mix here.
TMZ obtained footage of the Kansas City rally on Wednesday at 1:48 PM CT — around the same time the first reports of a shooting came in — and witnesses tell us the young men you see in the background got into a heated exchange with someone outside. Camera.
There are a few key players to focus on – a teenager in red, you can see him getting angry and throwing his bag to the ground as he argues with someone not in sight. There is also another teenager, dressed in all black and carrying a satchel-like bag slung by his side, walking towards the event.
These two, in particular, were recorded walking away from the gunfire just moments later – as we saw in the footage we obtained – and the young man in black appears to have been shot.
Eyewitnesses who saw this told us that it appeared that he had been shot in the face. If you looked closely, you'd see his friend in red following close behind him as they were lining up out of there.
