Joe Biden stopped to chat with reporters while out in Delaware on Saturday.
Biden indicated that Ukraine is a member of NATO in shocking statements to reporters.
“It's time to make sure Congress comes home and passes legislation to fund NATO,” Biden said of a stalled foreign aid bill in the Senate that includes billions of dollars for Ukraine.
Ukraine is not a member of NATO. Biden's statements are dangerous.

Last week, Republican senators voted against introducing a “border security bill” that would have allocated more money to foreign countries while largely ignoring U.S. borders.
The $118.28 billion National Security Supplemental Package approved by the Senate allocates $60 billion in military aid to Ukraine.
Just $20.23 billion has been allocated to secure US borders amid an unprecedented invasion of military-age males from Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and China.
After this bill failed to pass in the Senate last week, Schumer introduced the bill last A supplementary aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan
The Senate early Tuesday approved Schumer's supplemental aid package, allocating $95 billion to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. 22 Republicans voted in favor of giving foreign countries money while ignoring the crisis at the American border.
The $95 billion package died in the House. Speaker Johnson closed it.
This prompted House Speaker Mike Turner to sound the alarm about a vague “serious national security threat” related to Russia.
The House Information Committee made the announcement shortly after House Speaker Mike Johnson shut down the Senate aid bill that allocated billions of dollars to Ukraine.
Mike Turner made the urgent announcement after returning from a trip to Kyiv where he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky about a congressional funding bill.
Now Joe Biden is trying to put additional pressure on Speaker Johnson by pointing out that Ukraine is a member of NATO.
Ukraine is not a member of NATO.
In fact, WikiLeaks cables showed NATO warnings before Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
NATO's expansion in the region is what is causing Russian aggression and Joe Biden continues to pour gasoline on the fire.
