According to the ministry, occupation soldiers stopped an aid convoy outside the hospital, and it was unable to deliver supplies. The army said it provided aid including food and water for children.
The incursion into the hospital has raised concerns about patients, medical workers and displaced Palestinians who have taken refuge there.
The proposed extradition to the United States is still under internal review by the administration magazine The report added, citing a US official who said that details of the proposal could change before the administration notifies congressional committee leaders who would need to approve the transfer.
The US State Department, Defense Department, Israel Defense Forces and Israel Defense Ministry did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment on the report.
