Winter Storm Warning: Heavy snow affects transportation Friday evening; 1-3 inches expected

That's why we're looking at snow-covered roads and this is probably the biggest snowfall of the season so far. The other big story, dangerously low winds, will settle in behind the snow tonight. Wind chills tomorrow morning will drop to the low teens and single digits. Then again on Saturday night. Sunday morning wind chills will reach the single digits.
