February 16 Bitfinex is listing STRK, the native token of the StarkNet Blockchain

Road Town, British Virgin Islands – February 16, 2024 – Bitfinex (https://www.bitfinex.com/), a leading digital asset trading platform, announced today that it will be one of the first centralized exchanges to list STRK, the native token of the Starknet blockchain.
StarkWare has developed Starknet, a decentralized layer 2 scaling solution (often referred to as ZK-Rollup) designed to enhance scalability and privacy in the blockchain, with a particular focus on Ethereum. Starknet uses STARK technology to securely verify off-chain transactions, thus keeping Ethereum secure and avoiding network congestion.

STRK (ERC-20) deposits are expected to open around 1:30 PM UTC on February 19, depending on network conditions. Trading is scheduled to begin on February 20, subject to network stability and liquidity requirements being met.
