The weather is expected to be mild and warm for most of this week, but more storms could occur over the weekend and into the first part of next week.

It will be mostly mild through Friday with a very small chance of rain on Thursday from a storm to the north that will sweep across the west side.

The high is expected to be in the low 60s and overnight lows will be in the mid 40s through Friday

By late Friday night, there is a chance of rain and showers are likely Saturday and Saturday night.

The weather on Sunday is expected to be partly cloudy with the possibility of rain.

But then the weather can get really interesting.

The long-range regional forecast shows a strong (at least 60 percent) chance of heavy rain in central California and a moderate (40-60 percent) chance of high winds on Monday and Tuesday, the National Weather Service said.

We still have one week to go and things could change, but the NWS said the second storm could be “strong.”
