On Monday, Joe Biden received Jordanian King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah in the South Portico of the White House.
Biden could not control himself and had to caress Queen Rania Al Abdullah. He held her hand and didn't want to let go.

Biden gave brief remarks alongside King Abdullah II, and it was a complete disaster.
Joe Biden muttered incoherently, stopped randomly to acknowledge that Barack Obama was “in the corner,” and wandered off lost.
“By the way, Barack is looking at you in the corner over there,” Biden said, pointing.
King Abdullah II treated Biden like a nursing home patient, and responded with laughter.

Biden was completely fired up.
The special counsel who investigated Biden's stolen secret documents said he was not competent to stand trial.
Special Counsel Robert Hoare found that Joe Biden “intentionally withheld” classified information, but decided not to charge him. Hoare said there was evidence that Biden kept secret notebooks, “knowing that he was not allowed to.”
The Justice Department defended not bringing charges against Biden because he is a “sympathetic, well-intentioned elderly man with a weak memory.”
Hoare's statement about Biden's declining mental capacity sparked conversations about the 25th Amendment.
Last week, New York Congresswoman Claudia Tenney submitted a letter to Attorney General Garland and Biden's Cabinet to explore the 25th Amendment after federal prosecutors deemed Joe Biden unfit for office.
“You should impeach him or indict him,” New York Congresswoman Trace Gallagher told Fox News.
