The lawsuit also alleged that the organization did not treat wrestlers well. The former wrestler began his professional career at the age of 28, in 1982. Law enforcement officials revealed that they will release charges against Billy Jack Haynes once he is released from medical care.
The coroner reportedly confirmed that the cause of death was a gunshot wound and that the death should be treated as a homicide.
