Officials are asking for the public's help in locating missing 1-year-old Noah Johnson, who is believed to have been kidnapped by his mother, Camilla Antoinette Johnson, on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Noah, who is believed to be in “the grave or immediate danger,” was last seen with His mother on Tuesday around 12:30 p.m. near the 11400 block of Space Center Boulevard.
The Texas Missing Persons Center has issued an Amber Alert on behalf of the Harris County Sheriff's Office No. 8 for Noah Johnson, who is believed to be traveling in a white 2007 GMC Yukon with Texas license plate STM-7097. In a Facebook post, the social services organization wrote that Johnson was last seen wearing a navy shirt and floral print pants.
Anyone with information that could lead to the whereabouts of Noah Johnson was urged to contact the Harris County Sheriff's Office 8 at 281-488-4040 (option 1).
Noah Johnson needs urgent medical attention
According to ABC 13, Noah Johnson needs immediate medical attention for an unspecified condition. Detailing the circumstances that led officials to issue a yellow alert for the endangered toddler, police said doctors informed Child Protective Services that the 1-year-old was not receiving medical care.
When officers tried to pick up the child, they discovered that Noah's mother, Kamila, had last been seen loading her car and leaving with the child, police said. Shortly after, the Texas Missing Persons Center issued a yellow alert. The organization wrote in a post on Facebook:
“The Texas Missing Persons Center issued a Regional Amber Alert in Houston on behalf of the Harris County Sheriff's Office #8 for 1-year-old Noah Ma'ani Jah-Say Johnson. He was last known to be with his 38-year-old mother, Camilla Antoinette Johnson, in 02 /06/2024, at approximately 12:30 PM, in the 11400 block of Space Center Blvd, Houston, TX, 77059.
Police, who are also searching for Camilla Johnson in connection with the child's kidnapping, described her as being 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, and having black hair and brown eyes. In a Facebook post, the Harris County Sheriff's Office 8 said Noah needed urgent medical care.
“Noah is 2 feet tall, has black hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue shirt and floral print pants. Noah is in need of immediate medical attention. Noah is believed to be with his mother, Camilla Antoinette Johnson, 38, traveling in a GMC White 2007 Yukon with Texas license plate STM-7097. Johnson is 5'4” tall and weighs 170 lbs.
Authorities did not clarify Noah Johnson's medical condition, but said he was believed to be in serious danger.
