Footage emerged showing an allegedly drunken Pennsylvania Democrat going on a wild tirade at a Montgomery County bar and threatening to destroy the business earlier this week.
The XPhillyCrimeUpd account revealed footage showing Pennsylvania Rep. Kevin Boyle, the younger brother of US Congressman Brendan Boyle (D-PA), attacking bar staff using obscene language and making a series of wild accusations against them while screaming. He has to leave.
NBC 10 Philadelphia confirmed on Friday that the incident occurred at the Gaul & Co. bar. Malt House in Rockledge, Pennsylvania.
The footage obtained by @PhillyCrimeupd begins with the bartender asking Boyle to come out, causing him to explode:
I can finish this tape, by the way! I'll finish this tape.
The bar staff were not intimidated, told him he was drunk, and continued to ask him to leave using colorful language.
He watches:

A “confused” Boyle then wonders why the staff are acting so aggressively. He walks to the other side of the bar table and exchanges more profanity with the staff, including calling them “f**king stupid.”
A strangely drunk Boyle then accuses them of being out-of-town actors and sarcastically tells them, “You won't do anything to me.” He then accuses them of being military agents as a fed-up female employee repeatedly tells him to “get the f*** out of the bar.”
Several seconds later, Boyle explodes again and threatens to use his power as a state representative to shut down the bar.
I'll close your bar! This tape is done! Do you know who the f**k I am! This tape will be finished tomorrow!
The video then concludes with more overlapping, with the bar staff refusing to back down.
While police were called in response to the incident, Boyle was not arrested. It is also unknown whether Boyle drove the car away from the scene.

A spokesman for Democratic leaders in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives made a statement about the incident, calling it “troubling” and saying Rep. Boyle was receiving mental help.
We learned of a video circulating on social media. It's very worrying. Rep. Boyle has been open about his personal challenges.
We are encouraged that our dear colleague and friend is asking for help. Our commitment to mental health services doesn't stop at the Capitol Steps. One of the main reasons we strongly advocate for access to mental health is the fact that challenges can happen to anyone, and seeking treatment should be encouraged, not stigmatized.
This isn't the first time State Rep. Boyle has faced the law either. NBC 10 Philadelphia notes that in 2021, Boyle was arrested and charged with harassment and violating a protection from abuse order filed by his wife.
