Joe and Jill Biden hosted a Black History Month reception in the East Room of the White House on Tuesday evening.
Biden stammered out brief remarks before leaving the stage to allow the musicians to perform.
The crowd laughed at Biden as he walked away.

“Thank you very much!” Jill shouted. “Get out of this way,” Jill said as she turned to Joe Biden.
