Socialist Bernie Sanders appeared on the Seth Meyers Show recently, because that's late-night entertainment now, interviewing several leftists and Democratic officials.
During the interview, Sanders acknowledged that most workers live paycheck to paycheck, but he still insisted that people vote for Biden.
In a case of pure projection, Sanders also claims that Trump is trying to divide the country and make Americans hate each other, something the left has been doing for years.
It also uses the tired trope that Trump is a threat to democracy, with Democrats trying to get him off the ballot.

Look, this country is facing enormous problems today, and we all know what they are. We're talking about income and wealth inequality, we're talking about 60% of workers living paycheck to paycheck, we're talking about the existential threat of climate change, and the enormous problems facing this country…
You have a man in Trump who, during his presidency, gave massive tax breaks to the rich, at a time when we face unprecedented income and wealth inequality, and that's the last thing they need. This man wants to deprive tens of millions of people of the health insurance they have, and he has installed anti-union members in his administration to make it difficult for workers to form unions…
And on the other hand, in Biden, I'm not going to sit here – I ran against Biden, so I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I agree with everything Joe Biden does, and I don't do it. Great moment. But on the other hand, this is the first president in the history of the United States to walk a picket line with workers, and that's a very impressive thing.
We have made some progress in reducing the cost of prescription drugs and competition in the pharmaceutical industry. The economy, as you pointed out, is in really good shape, unemployment is very low, we're creating a lot of jobs, and we're rebuilding manufacturing in America. So, we're starting to move in the right direction. In my view, we still have a lot to do, but the choice in this election is very clear.
Here's the video if you want to watch it:
The Democratic Party completely beat Bernie in two elections, yet he is fiercely loyal to them. This is madness.
