The presidential election is scheduled for November 5, and Biden is scheduled to be the Democratic nominee.
Swift, who has previously endorsed Democrats, has been seen at 12 Chiefs games, but it is not yet known if she will attend Super Bowl 58 in Las Vegas during her performance in Tokyo on Saturday.
The 34-year-old helped boost interest in the NFL this season after attending her first Chiefs game on September 24.
“She’s an amazing performer,” Goodell said. “It's the best ever.
“Taylor Swift's influence is all positive. Travis and Taylor are great guys. They seem so happy. She knows great entertainment and I think that's why she loves NFL football. It's great to be a part of it.”
“It's obviously generating a lot of buzz, so another group of young fans, especially young women, are interested to know why she's interested in this game.”
During his appearance on Opening Night, Kelsey was asked about Swift being the first artist to win the Grammy for Album of the Year four times.
“It's unbelievable,” he said. “She's rewriting the history books herself. I told her I'd have to keep my side of the bargain and go home with some hardware, too.
“It's definitely brought a lot of new faces into the game. It's been fun getting the Swifties together at Chiefs Kingdom and opening them up to the world of football. It's been great to experience.
“I don't know if I brought much with me. I just go out there and have fun.”
