Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, a Democrat, said on Monday that if current US “border security” legislation, which includes much more money for Israel and Ukraine than America is providing, does not pass the Senate, “we could be fighting in Eastern Europe, in… NATO ally in a few years.
The Democratic leader seems to believe that if he doesn't get the legislation he wants, American troops will be in Ukraine or nearby points fighting Russia.

Schumer: Sign my bill or America will go to war with Russia
The pro-war senator told MSNBC that Ukraine's war against Russia is one we “will lose” if struggling American taxpayers don't pay more than $60 billion: “This bill is so critical, history will look at it and say has America failed itself?”
Schumer said this bill is “crucial” because “if we don't help Ukraine, Putin will march all over Ukraine, we will lose the war, and we could be fighting in Eastern Europe with a NATO ally in a few years, and the Americans will win.” “I do not like it.”
He then moved on to the other main section of the bill, the nearly $20 billion for Israel And Aid to Gaza. In other words, American taxpayers pay for Israeli bombs that create Palestinian refugees, who then become subservient to Uncle Sam.
He believes this is supposed to be a major selling point for the bill.
“If we do not help Israel defend itself against Hamas, this eternal war will go on and on and on. If we do not help provide humanitarian aid to the starving Palestinians in Gaza, hundreds of thousands may die of hunger.
Schumer wasn't finished with his talking points. Then, he used the Democrats' latest meme that the only reason anyone would oppose the bill is because…Donald Trump?
“A lot of Republicans, including Speaker Johnson, are scared to death of Donald Trump,” Schumer said. “Donald Trump said he wants chaos. Donald Trump said, 'Well, wait until I'm president,' that will take at least a year.” Ukraine “It could disappear.”
“The border will get worse,” he added. “The war in the Middle East will worsen.”

Schumer's threats
In response to Schumer's apparent threats that American soldiers might serve in the Ukrainian-Russian conflict if the bill does not pass, Republican Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna shared a post on To Ukraine by fighting with them on the front lines.
There are no reports of Schumer honing his military skills, but the likelihood of his bill surviving — for all the right reasons — remains highly doubtful.
