Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) president Mohan Bhagwat on Monday said Shri Ram Lalla's 'Pran Pratishtha' at the Ayodhya temple was a huge undertaking, highlighting that it happened because of the Lord's blessings.

Shri Ram Lalla's 'Pran Pratishtha' was held at the historic Ayodhya temple on January 22, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi performing the rituals led by a group of priests.

“On the 22nd of last month, Ram Lalla finally arrived and continuous efforts were made for it. It was a huge task, which happened with the blessings of the Lord,” Bhagwat said while addressing the 'Geeta Bhakti Amrut Mahotsava' in Pune. .

“This is the starting point of the Lord's desire. The present generation is fortunate to have seen Ram Lalla engraved in his place,” he added.

The RSS chief also stated that 'Bharat' should rise given the 'prevailing' situation.

“Given the prevailing situation, Bharat must rise. If not, the world will witness destruction very soon. The world needs 'Bharat'. Our knowledge and science is our culture. We have to impart this knowledge to the world.” “It is our duty to break the threshold of intolerance and build a beautiful and united Bharat,” Mohan Bhagwat said.
