US Republican Party Representative Morgan Luttrell, who represents the 8th District of Texas, has introduced a bill to use force against armed illegal immigrants who cross the border.
The Defend Our Borders from Armed Invaders Act was introduced by Rep. Luttrell, a former US Navy SEAL.

“Cartels and smugglers thrive on our wide-open borders,” Congressman Luttrell said. “We are seeing a continuing rise in violent crime at the border and its spillover into our communities, as President Biden’s policies have created an untenable national security crisis.”
