This is well above average, as our highs should be near 37 degrees, and our lows should be in the low 20s. High pressure dominates and continues for some time!
We start the work week with sunny skies and highs, staying close to 50 degrees. Not only will we have a period of warm weather, it will also be dry. The ground is still very muddy from a wet January, and now we'll take a break. Our low temperatures will still be just below freezing, so pack your bags at the bus stop and head out the door in the morning. You will be able to carry your heavy winter coat home.
Friday is the next chance for showers, with highs in the mid to upper 50s. It doesn't look like a wash.
During Valentine's Day, temperatures trend much higher than normal. This means that midweek highs could approach 60 degrees!
