Lamborghini was allegedly driving when he noticed the young woman waiting for the bus and stopped to offer her a lift. The two allegedly struck up a relationship and Burzon was born in 1988.
“I don't want to offend anyone, I just want to know who my daughter is,” Burzon told the court.
Convinced that she was Lamborghini's daughter, she made the allegations public on television shows and gossip magazines.
Lamborghini accused her and her mother of defamation, and the case has now been referred to court.
Borzon says that in 2019, she drove from her home in Naples to the town of Fono, near Bologna in northern Italy, hoping to meet the man she claims is her father.
“She has suffered from this problem for a long time,” said her lawyer, Gian Maria Romanello. “She did not have the same physical features as her supposed father [the husband of Colosimo]. When he argued with her mother, she would often hear her mother say, “She's not even your daughter.”
The beauty expert secretly recorded the conversation she had with Lamborghini, and was presented to court, according to the American “space” website. Republic Newspaper.
“In the conversation, Mr. Lamborghini admitted that he had a relationship with Colosimo [Ms Borzone’s mother]The lawyer told the court. They met in 1980 in Milan. Rosalba was waiting for the bus, and Tonino drove by and gave her a ride.”
The court was told that Borzon's official first name is Clelia, a tribute to Lamborghini's mother.
Borzon did not pursue the case for financial reasons, her mother said. “My daughter doesn't want money, she just wants the truth,” Colosimo said. “If it was all about the money, I would have done all this when Flavia was two.”
Lamborghini denied having any biological connection to Borzon.
His lawyers said the DNA material was taken from the straw his daughter used without her consent. It is therefore “illegal” and should not be accepted as evidence.
Referring to the DNA test results, Sergio Colersi, another lawyer for the beautician, said: “We have presented the court with evidence that she is not lying.”
He said the comparison between Borzon's and Lamborghini's DNA “proved 100 percent that the two women were sisters.”
He added: “For us it was important to show that Flavia Borzon did not want to offend Mr. Lamborghini, but only wanted to be recognized.” [as his daughter)]. “She lived for years without knowing who her father was.”
Borzoni's legal team said that Lamborghini refused to submit to a DNA test, so they resorted to hiring four private investigators to obtain the straw that his daughter was using.
“Our client and Elettra Lamborghini are sisters,” the legal team told the court. “They are daughters of the same father. This should be enough for the defamation charge to be dropped [Ms Borzone and her mother] “I just told the truth.”
