An Indian immigrant family living in Washington state fled the United States after discovering that their young daughter had been transgender and that the school had hidden it from them.
They first fled to Oregon, then left the country and have not been heard from since.
From the story it seems as if there was a certain activist teacher who pushed the girl to convert and then became frighteningly obsessed with her. Can you even imagine knowing that your child's teacher was hiding something like this from you?
The City Journal reported:
“We thought she was a great teacher.”
In June 2022, two students from Centennial Elementary School in Olympia, Washington, disappeared. Their parents, Indian immigrants, had quietly expelled them from the state to Oregon, before eventually deciding to return to their former homeland. No one in Olympia has seen the children since.
“My daughter mentioned that Tia left school for two weeks,” said Jess Davis, whose daughter was a classmate of Tia, one of the family’s children. (I have changed most names in this report to respect requests for anonymity.) “We were at our neighborhood ice cream parlor at the end of the school year, and I was thinking about this.” So she decided to text Tia's mom to ask why they weren't there. The mother “came back to me and said, 'Sorry, we're out of town,'” Davis explained. The family was clearly still in hiding and had not yet left the country. The mother texted Davis again and said, “Can I call you?” And I got rid of all that.
Tia, then 10 years old, appears to have just gone through a gender transition at school, encouraged by her teacher.

No definitive explanation of how the topic of gender transition between teacher and student arose can be confirmed. However, two of Tia's classmates and a local mother suggested that it may have started when Tia wore a traditional Indian dress to a school event. She apparently complained that it was itchy to Mrs. A. Hence, classmates claimed, Ms. A brought up the idea that perhaps she didn't like girls' clothes because she wasn't a girl. (Ms. A did not respond to repeated requests for comment.)
This is the hill the left wants to die on for some reason. They will learn that parents are not going to roll over and take this. You're messing with people's kids and you'll find out quickly.
