STORMTRACKER 4 FORECAST – We hit 80 degrees for the first time this year in Tucson today!
High temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday will be in the upper 70s, reaching 80 degrees again in Tucson, and below 70 degrees in Santa Cruz and Cochise counties.
Thursday will be the first day of change.
No rain is expected during the daylight hours, but winds may reach 30 mph in Tucson with clouds accumulating throughout the day.
Rain will begin around midnight into Friday with showers possible between then and early Saturday morning.
Other impacts to watch for include mountain snow, 25 mph gusts and isolated flooding.
We will also see a significant drop in temperatures that day with highs in the 50s.
Rainfall totals won't be as impressive as the last system, but some areas could still see 0.5 inch to 1 inch of rain.
