Joe Biden walks into a barber shop after delivering remarks at a political event at South Carolina's First Nation Dinner in Columbia on Saturday.
Democrats previously voted to remove Iowa as the first voting state and replace it with South Carolina.
Apparently, Iowa is very white.
Now Biden is spending his time appeasing blacks in South Carolina ahead of the primaries.
After his disastrous speech, Biden visited Regal Lounge, a local barbershop in Colombia.
Biden walked up to a customer at the barbershop and made a “joke” about playing football at the University of Delaware.
“If I had you running in front of me when I was playing at Delaware, you would have been an All-American, man,” Biden told a black agent.
Biden cannot be “all-American.” He quit the football team after playing only one semester because his grades were bad.
According to the Daily Pennsylvanian, Joe Biden had a 1.9 GPA when he quit football in 1963.
