California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) on Sunday told ABC's John Karl that Joe Biden is trying to resolve the crisis at the southern border. Even more insulting is that he blames Republicans and claims they are trying to influence the presidential election.

Newsom, a Democrat, said immigration reform is an issue just as important as border security, outlining a $14 billion plan to have more judges process illegal immigrants more efficiently and provide security at the border with 2,300 new border agents.
