Flagler County Sheltering Tree will open a cold weather shelter Monday night at the Rock Transformation Center. The rock conversion center is located at 2200 N. State Street. The cold weather shelter will open at 5pm and close at 8am the next day. The county will provide bus transportation along two routes, according to the schedules below, on the east side of the county.
