Many Americans don't care about Joe Biden right now. Despite the Democrats Attempts to illuminate the nation To believe that the economy is in good shape, many are crushed under the weight of inflation and poor expectations.
This is not the only problem Americans have with the performance of the Biden administration, and polls show that Biden is not as popular as the previous, less popular disaster: Jimmy Carter.

A new Gallup poll shows the president is achieving new heights in his job approval numbers.
Gallup reports, “During President Joe Biden's third full year in office, which runs from January 20, 2023, to January 19, 2024, an average of 39.8% of Americans approved of his job performance. Among former presidents of the Gallup Poll era who were elected to their first term, Only Jimmy Carter fared worse in his third year. Carter's approval rating averaged 37.4% in a year in which gas prices soared, inflation reached double digits, and Iranian militants took American citizens hostage.
The poll also noted that “Donald Trump, Barack Obama, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, and Richard Nixon also had averages below 50% in the third year.”
At least that's higher than a Pew Research poll conducted in the same time frame. Pew showed Biden only 33% approval and 65% disapproval.
Dwight Eisenhower had the highest rating for a third-year president at 72.1%. Almost everyone loved Ike.
The story continued:
Biden's third-year average was lower than his first-year (48.9%) and second-year (41.0%) averages. Although he was better than his average in year three, his ratings in years one and two also ranked second lowest among recent presidents, ahead of only Trump in both years.
And just think: Biden doesn't have to deal with corruption attacks against him, or an openly biased and hostile media, or backstabbing from his own party, as Trump has done and is doing.

Looks bad for Biden
Most polls have shown that if Donald Trump is the Republican presidential nominee, he has more support than Biden.
Of course, we are ten months away from the election, so a lot could change. (Have Republicans learned how to harvest ballots yet?)
As of now, Biden better hope something changes as he is on a steady path to losing.
The unpopular Democrat Jimmy Carter lost in 1980 to the hugely popular Republican, Ronald Reagan, by a landslide.
History can repeat itself. The numbers are definitely there.
It's time to support and share the sources you trust.
