The game continued on a field dug out of snow and played in freezing temperatures in Buffalo.
While playing in the AFC Championship Game in Baltimore, Kansas City won't have to contend with freezing temperatures or snow. But the Chiefs seem likely to face the rain at M&T Bank Stadium.
Both Baltimore and Kansas City have plenty of experience playing in the rain. According to Betway, between 2009 and 2023, the Ravens have played the most games in the rain with 22 and have the second-best winning percentage at 0.773 in those games behind the Seahawks at 0.778. The Chiefs have played 19 rain games with a winning percentage of .684 in those contests.
The Chiefs and Ravens will likely keep an eye on the weather in Baltimore when both teams tip off at 3 PM ET on the field.

Baltimore and Kansas City fans will be lucky to avoid the extreme cold that has followed the Chiefs so far during the postseason. However, the elements seem to be moving their way.
Baltimore faces a 90 percent chance of rain during the day Sunday with a high of 44 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Most of the rain is expected to fall before 1 PM ET, with rainfall amounts expected to range between a quarter and a half inch. There will be gusts up to 24 mph and gusts between 10 and 15 mph during the day.
Even as night falls, the rain is not expected to slow much. The low temperature is expected to reach around 40 degrees, while the chance of rain will drop to 70 percent.

Wind gusts Sunday night will reach 22 mph, and there will be consistent gusts of 9 to 15 mph.
