It doesn't matter how bad the crime is, it's mostly because of Democrats' policies, they don't want Americans to be able to protect themselves.
A Maryland House Democrat has introduced a new bill that would require any gun owner who wants to carry one to have at least $300,000 in liability insurance.
How are poor people supposed to exercise their Second Amendment rights if they cannot afford such an insurance policy?

A Maryland bill would ban guns from owners who do not have an insurance policy of at least $300,000
Gun owners in Maryland would be required to purchase at least $300,000 in liability insurance or lose their ability to carry a firearm under a new bill.
The controversial legislation, introduced by Delegate Terry Hill, D-Howard County, would prohibit “wearing or carrying” a handgun anywhere in the state unless the individual has obtained a liability insurance policy worth at least $300,000.
“No person may wear or carry a firearm unless the person has obtained it and is covered by liability insurance issued by an insurance company licensed to do business in the state under the Insurance Article to cover claims related to property damage, bodily injury, or death arising from it,” state legislation stated. Maryland proposed “compensation for an accident resulting from a person's use or storage of a firearm or up to $300,000 for damages resulting from the same accident, plus interest and costs.”
Under the proposed law, the liability insurance requirement would not apply to members of the military or federal law enforcement officers.
This is an attack on people's rights.
