    Fog persists in the Chicago area with rain in some places

    CHICAGO (CBS) — Patchy fog will persist in the Chicago area Saturday evening. Rain or drizzle will affect the southern half of the region Saturday night, then move quickly.

    A dense fog warning has been issued for northern and central Cook County and Lake County in Illinois, as well as Lake and Porter counties in Indiana until midnight Saturday. Visibility is expected to be a quarter-mile or less due to dense fog near Lake Michigan, according to the National Weather Service in Chicago.

    The draw will continue until Friday.

    Climate prediction:

    Saturday Night: Drizzle and rain (mainly south). Low: 33

    Sunday: Partly cloudy. High: 41

    Extended: Highs stay in the low 40s through the weekend. Clouds are expected throughout the week, with some sunshine.
