An Australian man has been arrested after he robbed a Queensland convenience store at gunpoint while wearing a clown mask.
The armed robber was captured on surveillance video.
Fox News reports:
CCTV footage showed the suspect running across the car park into the store in Holland Park in the white mask with orange hair and a red nose at around 7.30pm on December 29.
The video shows the man, who was dressed in black, entering the store with his gun pointed. He then goes to the counter, asks the clerk for money, and reaches across the counter to take the paper after the clerk complies.
He ran out of the store at full speed, crossed the parking lot and jumped a barrier back the way he had come.
No one was injured during the robbery, according to the report.
The Queensland Police Service released surveillance footage of the robbery on January 18.
