The Fulton County District Attorney's Office acknowledged Thursday that it received two letters from a White House adviser to Joe Biden amid a Trump witch hunt.
This is clear evidence that the White House under Joe Biden is coordinating with Fanny Willis's office.
This confession came during a hearing by former Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark.
Jeffrey Clark served as an assistant attorney general at the Justice Department under Trump and was under consideration to be Trump's attorney general.
In August, Fanny Willis indicted President Trump and 18 others on RICO and conspiracy charges for daring to challenge the 2020 election.
Fannie Willis criminalized the First Amendment and the brave state legislators did everything in their power to strike back and remove her from office.
Jeffrey Clark was indicted by a Fulton County Grand Jury on two counts: 1 (RICO) and 22 (criminal attempt to commit false statements and writings).

During a hearing for Jeffrey Clark on Thursday, the Fulton County District Attorney's Office acknowledged that it received two letters from Biden's White House counsel.
“We received a letter from the White House Counsel’s Office, Your Honor,” Fulton County Prosecutor Alex Bernick said. “It was a matter of logistics and procedures…”
Under further questioning, Pernick admitted that the prosecutor's office had already received it two Messages from Biden's White House advisor.
According to legal reporter Julie Kelly, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee wants to submit the two letters under seal for (private) camera review in his chambers.
“As stated, I will make a second attempt as to how these two cases fit into Brady,” Judge McAfee said, referring to the law requiring the government to turn over exculpatory evidence.
“For the second issue, we'll start by reviewing the camera,” McAfee said, adding that he wanted to review the messages privately in his room. “If you can provide that to me, if you can put it together, I will review it, and I will issue an order accordingly.”
Judge McAfee noted that Jeffrey Clark could use White House correspondence as part of the prosecution's selective defense.
“Do you agree that selective prosecution is a viable claim? There are a lot of hurdles. They don't exonerate any of them,” Judge McAfee told Bernick.
“I agree it's an effective defense,” Bernick replied.

Remember, Jeffrey Clark was also raided by the FBI in 2022.
After the FBI raided Jeffrey Clark's home, left-wing media attacked him for being a “promoter of The Gateway Pundit.”
In August 2022, Jeffrey Clark appeared on Fox's Tucker Carlson Tonight to talk about the FBI raid on his home in Northern Virginia. Clark said agents forced him out of his pajamas while they searched his home. Clark said 12 FBI agents, two Fairfax County police officers and an “electronic police dog” searched his home for more than three hours. All of his electronic devices were confiscated.

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan last summer launched an investigation into whether Fulton County District Attorney Fanny Willis coordinated with federal officials during her years-long investigation into Trump and his associates.
“Willis’s indictment and prosecution involve significant federal interests, and the circumstances surrounding her actions raise serious concerns about whether such actions are politically motivated,” Ms. Jim Jordan wrote.
Willis began her investigation into Trump in February 2021, but waited until the 2024 election season was in full swing to charge the former president and current GOP leading nominee.
Trump's trial was originally scheduled for March 4, 2024, the day before Super Tuesday and a week before the presidential primary in Georgia.
“The timing of this trial reinforces concerns about your motives. In February 2021, media outlets reported that you directed your office to open an investigation into President Trump. In fact, sometime on or around February 11, 2021, your office allegedly sent a letter to several of Republican officials in Georgia, asking them to retain documents related to a “high-priority matter” that your office was investigating. However, they did not bring charges until two and a half years later, at a time when the campaign for the Republican presidential nomination was in full swing. Critic portal.
