As Gateway Pundit previously reported, several Republican governors are uniting to support Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's challenge against Biden's regime to defend the southern border. Now, President Trump is voicing his support and calling on them to raise the bar further.
Trump had recently called on “all countries willing” to send their National Guard to Texas to defend the border between the United States and Mexico. He also pledged to work with Governor Abbott to stop the invasion on the first day of his presidency.
“We encourage all states willing to deploy their guardsmen in Texas to prevent the entry of illegal immigrants and send them back across the border,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
All Americans should support common sense actions Texas authorities are taking to protect the safety, security, and sovereignty of Texas and the American people.
When I become President, on Day One, instead of fighting Texas, I will work side by side with Governor Abbott and other border states to stop the invasion, close the border, and quickly begin the largest domestic deportation in history.
Even before Trump's announcement, the number of states supporting Texas in putting up razor wire and deploying other measures to close the border rose from 14 to 25.

The states that now support Texas are Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Governor Abbott deployed nearly 30 miles of razor wire near Eagle Pass, Texas, as a barrier against illegal immigration.
However, the move was challenged in court, resulting in a long legal battle. Despite defeats in lower courts, the state's efforts were temporarily bolstered by a decision from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, which was overturned by a 5-4 Supreme Court vote, as Christina Leila reported.
With Trump now contributing his powerful voice, it will be interesting to see how many people follow his advice.
