ELIO has announced its debut studio album, Something in the airWith the new single “More Than My Mind”. The LP, released on April 19, was preceded by the singles “Sorority” and “A2B.” Listen to ELIO's new single below.

Elio made Something in the air After a year-long break during which she moved to Los Angeles and honed her songwriting skills across Toronto and Nashville with regular collaborators Ryan Linville and Danny Silberstein. It follows two EPs and her 2022 mixtape Hell Elio.

“I'm very proud of this album. I feel like when you start releasing music, it can be hard to think about what you want to say and what it sounds like on your first album,” Elio said in a press release. “I feel like this is the perfect time to reintroduce yourself and really dig into your life and what brought you here and what you're feeling. The album follows the same direction, who I am, what I've been through and where I am now. It's about me and my relationships and learning how to play it out in my own life. It's a bit of an emotional roller coaster, with fun songs and sad songs and memories of past lives and relationships, but this is my life and I know it's the lives of many other young people as well.
