Glasgow band Summer Nights At The Bandstand have announced their first names to play the popular festival this year.

The festival will return to Kelvingrove Park from July 23 to August 10, with each day themed around a different show. The bandstand has previously seen the likes of Siouxsie Sioux, the Sugababes and Sophie Ellis-Bextor take to the stage.

Now in its ninth edition, Johnny Marr, Echo & The Bunnymen and Future Island are among the acts scheduled for the summer. Comedian/musician Bill Bailey is also scheduled to perform, and the festival will conclude at Bananarama.

Tickets go on sale on Friday (January 26) at 9am – get your ticket here and see below for the full line-up.
