The US Supreme Court on Monday sided with the Biden regime and allowed Border Patrol agents to remove razor wire that the state of Texas had installed on the Texas-Mexico border.
By a vote of 5 to 4, the Supreme Court granted Biden's emergency request.
This was the ninth time the Supreme Court sided with the Biden regime out of 14 emergency motions.
Correction of a typo in the above: This is the *ninth* time overall that the court has granted an emergency request from the Biden administration (in addition to three denials where the Justice Department ended up winning on the merits).

Joe Biden's Border Patrol agents are cutting down a razor wire fence on private property on the southern border to allow illegal aliens to enter the United States unchecked. Today, the US Supreme Court approved this lawlessness and the absolute destruction of American sovereignty.
Gov. Greg Abbott (R) previously installed about 30 miles of razor wire on the Texas-Mexico border near Eagle Pass to stem the flow of illegal aliens being allowed in by the Biden administration.
On Monday evening, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott tweeted that he would continue to defend Texas' constitutional authority to protect its borders.
Abbott should send buses of future illegal immigrants to the neighborhoods of Supreme Court justices.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton also commented on this dangerous and illogical decision.
