A campaign operative was caught on hot mic talking about a security breach after Secret Service agents surrounded Biden on stage.
“Well, that was interesting. I guess that's the way it's going to be. And that's going to happen constantly. We're going to have to put more security around the place. They learned today,” one person said into a hot mic.
