A man attending Nikki Haley's election campaign screamed as he proposed to the former South Carolina governor. When she asked if that would get her voted out, the response wasn't quite what she had hoped.
The amusing moment came as Haley spoke to supporters at the Artisan Hotel in Salem, New Hampshire, on Monday, the eve of the Granite State's primary election.
A man in the crowd interrupted her speech by shouting: “Nikki, will you marry me?”
“Will you vote for me?” She joked, laughing at the suggestion.
He replied: “No, I will vote for Trump.”
Hailey then smiled and waved him off, saying: “Oh, get out of here,” as the crowd booed.
“Nikki! Will you marry me?”

Nikki Haley: The polls aren't looking good
The interaction between Haley and the cheerful Donald Trump supporter provided a bit of fun for a campaign that appears destined to lose to the former president on Tuesday.
New Hampshire is where the Haley campaign appears to have put all its eggs in one basket, at one point closing its poll margins to the low single digits as other GOP presidential contenders dropped out of the race.
A poll conducted by CNN and the University of New Hampshire on Sunday showed Trump's lead back in the double digits.
Worse still, a JL Partners/DailyMail.com poll shows that while Trump supporters are motivated to vote for the former president because of his leadership and policies, Haley supporters are almost exclusively motivated by trying to stop him.
Like many before her, this is not the kind of motivation that will win an election. Just ask Liz Cheney.
Only 2% said they were voting for Haley because of her policies, while more than 50% wanted to “stop Trump.”
In contrast, Trump's supporters, according to the poll, appear to be motivated by his strength, his plans for the economy, and his record in his first term.

But she won at Dixville Notch
On a positive note for Haley and her campaign an act He managed to sweep all the votes in the small resort of Dixville Notch, New Hampshire.
While this alone is unlikely to lead her to victory, her campaign celebrated the victory.
“The New Hampshire primary is officially underway, and Nikki Haley has won every vote counted so far,” they announced to great fanfare in an email to supporters. “In the historic town of Dixville Notch, six registered voters gathered at midnight to cast their first votes of the day.”
Today, Dixville Notch…tomorrow, the world!
Although she has yet to divorce or remarry a Trump supporter, Haley seems excited about the victory in Dixville.
“A great start to a great day in New Hampshire,” she declared. “Thank you Dixville Notch!”
