Joe Biden on Friday received mayors attending the winter meeting of the US Conference of Mayors in the East Room of the White House.
Biden made his way incoherently through a speech to the mayors. He also started screaming out of nowhere.

At one point, Biden threatened millions of Trump supporters, but he missed that, too.
“I love people who say, ‘Blood of freedom.’” Or, excuse me, “The tree of liberty is watered by the blood of patriots!” Well, guess what, man. I've never seen so many patriots out there walking around making sure we have these weapons, and if you really want to worry about the government, you need an F-16! [fighter jet]”
Biden also offered some scary marriage advice.
“I say to every young man who tells me, 'I'm thinking about marriage.' Do you have any advice? I said, 'Yes, choose a family with five or more sisters,'” Biden said, slurring his words. “That way someone always loves you!”
