Alex G signed with RCA Records, a subsidiary of Sony Music. The Philadelphia singer-songwriter began self-releasing records on Bandcamp before signing to the small Orchid Tapes label, then moving to Domino for his last four albums, most recently in 2022. May God protect the animals.
